Help

Logging into the website

  • To login to the website you need the username and password you entered when your user account was created.
  • Enter the username and password exactly including upper and lower case letters, symbols and spaces if they are used. Do not include the quotes.

Forgotten your username or password

  • If you are not sure that you are already registered, go to the Forgotten Password tab, enter your email and click Submit.
  • If your email is not registered, the Forgotten Password tab will display a notice advising that the email is not registered with this site.
  • If your email is registered, we will send your username and a new password to that email.
  • This should take no more than a few minutes to arrive.
  • Return to the Login tab and enter the username and password.

Changed your email address and can't login?

  • If you have changed your email address and don't know the username and password for your old email address, you won't be able to get your login details using the Forgotten Password tab.
  • In this case you will need to email the site administrator to request an email change using the contact details on the website.

Updating your contact details

  • Login to the website
  • Click Edit My Details in the Site Tools box on the right hand side of the Welcome Page
  • Complete the form and submit.
